First: BCAAs are *hydrophobic* molecules. This means that they do not go into solution in water. Maybe some companies have found a way to make the powder particles even smaller, but this does not make it any easier to mix. Second: all BCAAs have a slightly bitter, chalky taste and texture. This product being *PURE* (5g serving = 5g BCAAs), that's the taste and texture you'll get. However, 5g of this stuff is a tiny little scoop. I put two scoops in my protein powder with milk and detect no difference in taste or texture. Noticeable difference with respect to soreness and recovery. I just wish it were cheaper.
