Love this Tea
It has this kind of nutty flavor to it that I really enjoy. Someone recommended I drink this because dandelion root has a lot of iron. I don't know if this is true, but I would drink this just for its flavor. It's very subtle and aromatic. Also, very hard to locate in my local health food stores. I also saw a Jillian Michaels recipe for de-bloating which involves drinking dandelion root tea with lemon juice on Pinterest. I do think drinking 60 oz of water would debloat you naturally anyway, but I don't mind drinking this much tea anyway!
