I'm not sure what the other reviewer is on about, but CDP choline has been demonstrated to have positive effects, and this is the best price for it that I've found. Take with omega-3 to boost it's effects.
Unlike many compounds, CDP-choline can cross the blood brain barrier, where it acts to increase membrane formation which leads to synapse formation. In short, it's very good for your brain, and can help protect against degenerative disorders. It's something I'd recommend whether you're at risk or not.
