Excellent nutritional supplementWhat I like about this shake mix is it has probiotics/prebiotics, along with Vitamin D (800 IU); B Vitamins (100% RDA); grounded flaxseed (888 mg) which I can't taste; and 15g of protein which is derived from pea protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and rice protein. It has 5 g of sugars per serving (which is two scoops); with 120 calories per serving. The only thing that I wish the label was more clear on is the fiber content (it says it has 5g) - it doesn't differentiate between insoluble and soluble fiber for those who have high cholesterol. It does contain milk and soy ingredients as it says it on the container for those who have issues with these ingredients. The taste - which is entirely subjective - is not amazing to me because since it has so many unique properties to get the nutritional elements down I think it sacrifices awesome flavor to get it.
