I have never tried any creatine before, so this was my first go at it. Took 3 before and 3 after every workout. This was the only product I was using by the way. Anyway, 2 months later, I have gained 15lbs! I'm at 160 right now, trying to get up to 180. But, right now I am almost out, and I will not buy it again, just because I have stopped seeing some gains the past month. I just feel if I give another product a try, and come back to this (hopefully), the gains will return.

So overall, this is a great product, and I do recommend it. But I did hit a plateau, although I have heard almost all creatines to do this; that is the only reason why I am trying something else for now.
