I have a genetic disorder that causes severe anemia and I also have malabsorption issues. These go down quite easily both morning and evening and do taste like a little gummy treat. My Vitamin B has stabilized since I have been taking slightly more(under the direction of a physician) than the recommended dose on the bottle. Check with your doctor before taking more than the recommended dosage. In my opinion, this is far superior to having to get injections or use other products that you do odd things with like dissolve under the tongue, spray up the nose, etc.. I do keep these carefully guarded in the medicine cabinet because the kids LOVE all the different 'gummy' vitamins and would eat them like candy. Make sure that if you try these and have kids that you keep them somewhere safe, as with all medications. Otherwise, these are tasty, similar to a gummy bear(but do not resemble them in shape)- two together are smaller around than a dime so they aren't huge globs of gummy stuff...
